Pay on delivery and managing orders

Orders arrive as Pending. Move them to Processing once confirmed, Shipped when handed to delivery, Delivered when paid. Cancelled and Returned restore tracked stock.

Confirmation calls

Customers can be flagged “confirm first” or “blocked” from the Customers page. Flags apply at checkout automatically.

Emails

Buyers who give an email receive a confirmation and status updates; edit the wording in Settings › Notifications. You receive a new-order summary at your alert email.

Printing

Open an order and use Print for a receipt or packing slip; both render your language and currency.
