Delivery zones and charges

Charge by region, by the rest of the country, or the same everywhere.

Zones live in Settings › Delivery. A zone matches an address by region (for countries with region data), by “rest of country”, or “everywhere”. The first matching zone in order wins.

  1. Add a zone and pick where it applies.
  2. Set the delivery charge and, optionally, a free-delivery threshold.
  3. Add an estimated delivery time; buyers see it at checkout and in emails.
  4. Drag zones to set priority; “everywhere” usually goes last.

Lost checkouts

Analytics shows “Lost at checkout” — buyers whose address matched no zone. Add a catch-all zone if that number is not zero.
