Terms of service
These terms cover the hosted shop, the merchant dashboard and the related tools W3Ultra provides. They do not replace the laws of the countries you sell in.
The service
W3Ultra provides hosted online shops: a storefront, a merchant dashboard and related tools. You are responsible for the products you sell, the content you publish and compliance with the laws of the countries you sell in.
We provide the software that displays your catalogue, takes pay-on-delivery orders and stores the records. We do not take title to your goods, employ your couriers or become the seller of record.
A free subdomain is part of every shop. A custom domain is optional and follows the DNS steps shown in the dashboard.
Accounts and trials
Each shop starts with a free trial. After the trial a paid plan is required to keep the storefront online. Plans are activated by our team after payment is settled outside the platform; we do not collect card payments.
The trial includes Growth features for 14 days. You request a paid plan from Settings › Billing. Until we activate it, the trial rules apply.
You must give an email you can read. Verification codes expire. One person, the owner, controls billing, staff and domains. Other people join only by invite.
Acceptable use
You may not sell illegal goods, infringe intellectual property, send unsolicited messages or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may suspend shops that breach these rules.
You may not probe other tenants, share login details publicly, or use the contact form to send bulk messages. Staff you invite act on your shop; their actions count as yours.
We will tell the owner email before a suspension when the issue is something you can fix. Immediate suspension applies when the shop is being used to harm other people or the platform.
Data and availability
Your shop data belongs to you and can be exported at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Shops that stay inactive after a paid period ends are deleted after 30 days of notice.
Exports cover orders, products and customers as CSV from the dashboard, subject to the plan. Deleting the shop removes the storefront and the records we hold for it.
Planned maintenance and incidents are posted to the owner email when they affect checkout or the dashboard for more than a short window.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
If you do not agree with a material change, cancel before it takes effect. The shop stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated terms.
