The service
W3Ultra provides hosted online shops: a storefront, a merchant dashboard and related tools. You are responsible for the products you sell, the content you publish and compliance with the laws of the countries you sell in.
Accounts and trials
Each shop starts with a free trial. After the trial a paid plan is required to keep the storefront online. Plans are activated by our team after payment is settled outside the platform; we do not collect card payments.
Acceptable use
You may not sell illegal goods, infringe intellectual property, send unsolicited messages or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may suspend shops that breach these rules.
Data and availability
Your shop data belongs to you and can be exported at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Shops that stay inactive after a paid period ends are deleted after 30 days of notice.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
