Billing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Every plan starts with 14 days free with Growth features. No card required.
- How do I pay?
- Request a plan from Settings › Billing. Our team confirms with bank transfer or the local payment methods common in your country, then activates the plan.
- What happens when my plan expires?
- Reminders go out before the end date. After it, the storefront stays live for 7 days of grace, then pauses until renewed. Your data stays.
- Can I change plans?
- Upgrades apply as soon as we activate them; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
- Are there refunds?
- Unused full months of a yearly plan are refundable within 14 days of activation. See the refund policy.
- Do prices include tax?
- No. Taxes that apply in your country, if any, are added to the amount we confirm with you.
- I run several shops or an agency
- Each shop is its own subscription. Contact us for agency terms.
