Home
The first screen after login. Revenue, orders, and average order for today, 7 days, or 30 days. A sales chart, a setup checklist, and a short list of what needs you: pending orders, low stock, unread messages, hidden reviews.
Features
Products, pay-on-delivery orders, delivery zones, themes, and your own domain. This page walks through every area you will actually open after signup.
Open any of these after the trial starts
Storefront
The public site is the theme you publish. The dashboard is everything behind it: catalogue, delivery, messages, and the people you invite to help.
Hero, categories, product grid, cart, and checkout. Phone and desktop from the same theme. No separate mobile site to keep in sync.
Checkout asks for the address your country uses. The first matching delivery zone sets the charge and the estimate. If nothing matches, you see it in analytics as lost at checkout.
Storefront languages and the shop currency are yours to set. Receipts, emails, and the dashboard follow the same pair.
Print from the order. The slip uses your logo, language, and currency, including the delivery charge and the pay-on-delivery note.
Dashboard
The names match the sidebar. Open one, and this is what it is for.
The first screen after login. Revenue, orders, and average order for today, 7 days, or 30 days. A sales chart, a setup checklist, and a short list of what needs you: pending orders, low stock, unread messages, hidden reviews.
Pay on delivery is built in. New orders arrive as Pending. Move them to Processing, Shipped, or Delivered. Cancelled and Returned put tracked stock back. Print a receipt or packing slip in your language and currency. Flag a buyer to confirm by phone before you pack.
Name, price, compare-at price, photos, and stock. Leave stock empty for unlimited, or track a number and set a low-stock alert. Colours and sizes live on one product. Save as draft until you are ready, then publish. The home page lists anything at or below the low-stock line.
Group the catalogue so buyers can browse. Categories show on the storefront and in the product editor. A shop with one aisle can start with a single category and split later.
Buyers leave reviews on the product. You approve what is public. Hidden reviews stay in the dashboard, and Home counts them so nothing sits unseen.
A customer is a phone number that has ordered. Open the row for their orders, spend, and notes. Mark someone “confirm first” or “blocked”. The flag applies the next time they check out.
Messages from the storefront contact form land here. Unread ones show as a count on Home and in the sidebar, so a question does not wait in a personal inbox you forget to check.
Orders, revenue, and conversion (orders divided by storefront sessions). Compare a period with the one before it. Reports export orders, products sold, and customers as CSV for any date range on Growth and Pro.
Add a Meta pixel or Google Tag Manager ID. The storefront loads the tag. You keep using the ad account you already have. W3Ultra does not take a cut of the orders those ads bring in.
The storefront homepage: hero, category rows, and the blocks buyers see first. Edit the content in the dashboard. Colours and logo come from Branding, so the page matches the rest of the shop.
Classic, Minimal, and Grid are included on every plan. Preview applies a theme only in your browser. Publish when it looks right. Products, prices, and pages stay put. The theme you leave keeps its settings, so switching back is one click.
Every shop gets a free address on our domain. Connect your own root domain or www with a few DNS records. SSL is issued for you. Email records stay where they are. The free address keeps working while DNS moves.
Settings
Settings is where the shop’s country, delivery, emails, and people live. Billing is here too, because the plan belongs to the owner.
Shop name, country, currency, time zone, and storefront languages. The country you pick at signup fills these in. Change any of them later without a second account.
Logo, colours, and the links you want in the footer. They carry across themes, receipts, and emails.
Zones by region, “rest of country”, or everywhere. Each zone has a charge, an optional free-delivery threshold, and an estimate buyers see at checkout. Drag to set which zone wins. A catch-all stops lost checkouts.
Which fields the buyer fills, a minimum order if you want one, and how they can reach you. Pay on delivery is the payment method. No card form to maintain.
Buyer emails for confirmation, processing, shipped, delivered, and cancelled. Edit the wording per language, send yourself a test, and turn an event off. You get a new-order note at your alert email.
Invite by email. Roles: Admin, Manager, Fulfilment, Support, and Viewer. A suspended person loses the session immediately. Seats follow the plan.
The trial is 14 days of Growth features. Request Starter, Growth, or Pro from here. We confirm payment outside the dashboard, then activate the plan. Yearly billing includes two months.
Your name and password. The owner email is where verification, renewal reminders, and support replies go.
