Privacy policy

What we collect

Merchant account details (name, email, phone, country), shop content, and the orders your customers place (name, phone, address, email when given).

We also store operational records: login sessions, staff invites, theme settings, delivery zones, and the messages sent through the contact form on this site.

Payment card numbers are not collected. Plan payment is arranged outside the platform and we store the plan, the period and the status, not a card.

How we use it

To run your shop, send transactional emails (verification, order confirmations, renewal reminders) and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

Order details are shown to you and to staff whose role allows it. Buyers see their own confirmation when they leave an email. We do not use buyer lists for our own marketing.

Support requests, including email to info@w3ultra.com, are kept long enough to answer and to spot repeated abuse of the form.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and processed in regions chosen for performance. Email is delivered through Resend.

A custom domain’s DNS stays at your registrar. We request certificate issuance for the hostnames you connect. We do not take over your nameservers.

Backups exist so we can restore a shop after a fault. They are not a second copy you can browse, and they follow the same deletion rules once the retention window passes.

Your customers

You are the controller of your customers’ data; we process it on your behalf. Delete a customer or an order from the dashboard and it is removed.

You decide what your storefront says about delivery, returns and how you will use a buyer’s phone number. Those promises are yours to keep.

If a buyer asks us to delete an order, we point them to you unless the law requires us to act directly.

Privacy requests go to info@w3ultra.com from the owner email on the account when the request is about a shop. Say which shop and what you want changed or deleted.

We will confirm what we removed. Some records, such as an invoice for a paid plan, may be kept where a law requires it.
