Trials
Trials are free; nothing is charged.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are not refundable once activated. Cancel any time; the shop stays live until the end of the paid month.
Yearly plans
Within 14 days of activation, unused full months are refundable on request. After 14 days yearly plans are not refundable, but the remaining period can be transferred to another shop of yours.
How to request
Email the contact address in the footer from the owner account; refunds are returned by the method used to pay.
