- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. Enter it, change two nameservers at your registrar and we issue SSL automatically. Your free subdomain keeps working either way.
- How do customers pay?
- Pay on delivery is built in, with confirmation-call flags for risky orders. Payment gateway integrations arrive per country when available.
- Which countries are supported?
- Any. You choose your country at signup; currency, time zone, phone format and address form follow. Regions for delivery zones are ready for a growing list of countries and can be added on request.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Plans are monthly or yearly with no lock-in. Your store stays live until the end of the paid period.
- Can I export my data?
- Orders, products and customers export to CSV from the dashboard at any time.
- What support do I get?
- Help centre and email on Starter, chat on Growth, priority chat plus an onboarding call on Pro.
- What happens after the trial?
- Your 14-day trial includes Growth features. Before it ends you request the plan you want; we confirm payment details, and your store keeps running. If nothing is arranged the storefront pauses after a short grace period — no data is deleted.
