Buyer emails and alerts

Edit templates per language, test them, see what was sent.

Settings › Notifications lists every buyer email (confirmation, processing, shipped, delivered, cancelled) per storefront language. Variables in double braces are filled per order; use “Send me a test” to see the result. Turn any event off if you do not want it sent.

Recent messages shows delivery status; failed sends are retried automatically.

Languages

Each storefront language has its own wording. A buyer receives the template for the language they used on the shop. If you only fill in one language, buyers in another language get that fallback rather than a blank email. “Send me a test” uses sample order data so you can read the layout before a real order exists.

If the screen does not match

Menu names follow the dashboard in English. A translated dashboard uses the same order: the checklist on Home, then Products, Orders, and Settings. Your plan can hide a feature this guide mentions. Analytics reports, for example, are on Growth and Pro. The page will say so rather than show an empty button.
