Export your data

Orders, products sold and customers as CSV.

Analytics › Reports exports orders, products sold and customers for any date range as CSV on Growth. Orders can also be exported from the Orders page with the current filters applied. Amounts use your shop currency.

What the file is for

The CSV is your copy: accounting, a courier manifest, or a move to another tool. It is not a live backup you can re-import into W3Ultra from the dashboard. Filter on the Orders page first if you only want one status. Amounts are in the shop currency, in major units, so a spreadsheet does not need to divide by 100.

If the screen does not match

Menu names follow the dashboard in English. A translated dashboard uses the same order: the checklist on Home, then Products, Orders, and Settings. Your plan can hide a feature this guide mentions. Analytics reports, for example, are on Growth and Pro. The page will say so rather than show an empty button.
