Page is a website: pages, a contact form and one domain. Store adds products, cart and cash on delivery. Growth adds a blog, CSV reports, more staff and more domains.
The trial is 14 days of the plan you pick. You can upgrade later. Pages and the theme stay.
Menu names follow the dashboard in English. A translated dashboard uses the same order: the checklist on Home, then Products, Orders, and Settings. Your plan can hide a feature this guide mentions. Analytics reports, for example, are on Growth and Pro. The page will say so rather than show an empty button.
