Plans, trial and renewals
How the trial ends, how to pay, what happens if you do not.
Every shop starts with 14 days of Growth features. Before it ends, open Settings › Billing and request the plan you want; we confirm payment details for your country and activate it. No payment is collected inside the platform.
When a period ends the storefront stays live for 7 days of grace, then pauses until renewed. Nothing is deleted; the dashboard keeps Billing open so you can renew.
